About the Home Base
What is the Home Base? The EnergyHub Home Base is an essential part of the EnergyHub system. It's what you use to put your home into an energy-saving state with a simple push of a button. It serves as the in-home display and connects to other EnergyHub devices such as the Wireless Thermostat, Sockets, and Strips. The Home Base also connects to your wireless Internet connection to enable your home energy information to be presented online at MyHub. This connection also enables the web and mobile app functionality - allowing you to switch occupancy modes and switch individual appliances on/off from afar.
The EnergyHub Home Base can communicate with your electrical meter to give you whole-home energy use information. Watch the video below and Marina will help you decide which version is best for you. If you need more information, take a look at the meter guide.
